And even if you are scared of ghosts, there's nothing to worry about because Alan made sure to balance the spooky and the historical well- in fact, the history helped provide the background for the scary events he told us about. Neither me or my friend are believers in the supernatural, but we love history and this was a very informative tour. He explained things with clarity and was super entertaining as well- adding tidbits, fun facts, and even little jokes into his tour at every moment (he even gave us some glowsticks which was really neat!). He took us on the walking tour around the city and was extremely knowledgeable about the history of Vegas. He moved us inside the building and apologized as something like that had never happened to him before on a tour, but I was very impressed with the way he handled that situation so calmly and though it was a bit jarring, I somehow didn't feel in danger at all. He addressed the person and directly told them if they didn't leave us alone that he would call security (we were outside a casino) and have them removed from the premises- which he ended up having to do. It ended up just being the two of us with him since it was a weekday, and despite the fact that we're both young women visiting for the first time (at night to boot), I felt super safe with Alan immediately- he's a really friendly and funny guy and comes off as likeable the moment you meet him! At one point near the end of the tour I was harassed by a stranger on the sidewalk who tried to make a scene, and Alan handled it extremely well.

I went with my best friend, so it was just us two, and we met Alan on the street corner by the Mob museum. This tour honestly exceeded my expectations!!!
